Our flights are divided into 4 regions:

Hawaii

Continental US

Continental Europe

Caribbean Basin with flights from Miami

If a reigion's flight are ALL BOOKED, ten multiple bidding is allowed for those region's flights. This is the only circumstance where multiple bidding is allowed. if a region's flights are all booked, this will be mentioned on the bidding page.
